Noel’s Hands Healthcare LLC was founded in 2024 with a simple but powerful mission: to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and cared for in the place they call home.

As a family-founded agency, we understand on a deeply personal level how important it is to trust the people caring for your loved ones. Our journey began with our own experience navigating the need for reliable, compassionate care—an experience that opened our eyes to the difference truly dedicated caregivers can make in someone’s life.

At Noel’s Hands Healthcare, we treat every client like family. We are committed to providing not only high-quality care, but also kindness, respect, and genuine companionship. Our goal is to bring comfort to those we serve and peace of mind to the families who trust us with their care.

We are currently offering PCA/CFSS service in the following counties: Ramsey, Hennepin, Anoka, Wright, Dakota, and Washington Counties.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Health Partners, Hennepin Health Care, Medica, MA, Health Partners, and Private Pay clients.
